Being a small shop I’ve exhausted my social media efforts and have decided to let Etsy do the heavy lifting for me.

I’m transitioning all of my jewelry to Etsy, and am in the process of going back to my roots, consolidating all of my artistic endeavors, blogging, etc. over on lorigreenberg.com

My husband and I have an exciting new project we’ve been working on, and I’ll be updating over at lorigreenberg.com in 2024!



All items listed are ready to ship.

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted on the web site, as in the case of a shop vacation. (We usually ship within 24 hours).
  • Orders placed on U.S. holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next business day

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly, from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.


Sterling silver jewelry, with or without stones:

  • Clean with a gentle soap and water, or a polishing cloth made for silver.
  • DO NOT use silver dipping cleaning solutions.
  • DO NOT use a jewelry tumbler.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

  • You use improper cleaning methods.

Our company ships through the USPS, and uses package tracking. 

  • Currently we only ship within the United States.
  • We charge a low, flat shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Above processing time still applies.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Gift cards are not refundable.
  • Sale items are not refundable.
  • Items must returned, and received by Quirky and Odd, in original condition.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must contact Quirky and Odd before sending your product for return.
  • Any shipping fees for returns are paid by the buyer.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.
REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Quirky and Odd.


When you contact us with a return request we will provide the shipping address and instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
